802.11 LANs should not remain in the "Networks" plasmoid, if they are not accessible

Somehow, the actual list of networks, and the plasmoid’s cache of them, can differ:

The access point /org/freedesktop/NetworkManager/AccessPoint/3 was not in the scan list.
