Basically, an interface to create a navigation menu for your project. Then possibly be able to burn it to disc. I used to able to make this in Premiere Elements.

I guess that this is an idea for Kdenlive
You might want to add Kdenlive in the tag of this post

Kdenlive used to have a DVD Wizard but this feature was not really used and in the end abandoned and removed from the code
