A possible bug?

Hi All,

I’m running Fedora 44 with KDE 6.6.5
I use four Activities. Per activity i have a different location for my desktop. for example : /home/dexter/Desktop/one, /home/dexter/Desktop/two and so on.

On another machine with a default location for Desktop, if i add an application fom application menu to desktop, it works. However, on a setup with a desktop with a custom location ( Desktop settings ->Location → Custom Location) the “add application to desktop” does not work.

Before i post a bug : is this by design or is this in fact a bug?

An update :
It was tested on KDE 6.7.80. instead of 6.6.5. It could not be recreated.
Therefor I downloaded the KDE 6.7 test edition . recreated my setup and yes. now it works
However .. is IS still a bug in KDE 6.6.5
