Rounded works on electron apps and discord. browser and steam being the only ones off. As for them not wanting a frame this is also a option again it wont cover everything but if they tweak it and use rounded they can have a nice setup Active Accent Frame - KDE Store.
I don’t know their comfort level with how much they want a change so these are the more simple ones.
