Add remote webcam and display control to KDEConnect

Really love KDE Connect. But I miss Windows phone link feature, which is being able to control the phone display as if the phone is physically in front.

Recently, Microsoft added remote webcam support, which turns your mobile phone into a webcam. I know there is Iriun Webcam, but would nice to really on 1 less application for something I rarely use.

Sometimes I see a button that says something about screen share/control, but it never works with phone and just threw some weird errors on Windows. I hope they’ll add or fix this.
