I moved a file inside a folder and the focus went to an unrelated folder (see Bug’s attached video). That makes such operations not predictable, and doesn’t allow to elegantly press Enter to access the folder you just moved the file into.
I don’t think I’ve ever actively noticed this as a problem. I feel like if you’re already using the mouse to drag files into the folder you might as well just double click afterwards to enter it. Currently the selection behavior seems to be in line with when you delete files, which I don’t think is really wrong either
Deleting deletes the target, so it makes sense it goes somewhere else.
