After Ubuntu Upgrade Settings App Won't Load

Hello,

I upgraded my system last night from Ubuntu 22 to 24 which upgraded my KDE from 5.24 to 5.27 Since then, I can’t load the System Settings app. Whenever I try to run it from the command line I just get this:

$ systemsettings5
QSocketNotifier: Can only be used with threads started with QThread

and it hangs.

Any ideas?
