Allow specific shortcuts when Ignore Global Shortcuts is enabled in Window rules

The “ignore global shortcuts” rule is too much “all or nothing” and I’m looking into using 2 of these:

  • Exceptions for specific shortcuts when Window Rule’s Ignore Global Shortcuts is enabled
  • or just disable Meta key, and any shortcuts that are tied to Meta

Is that possible?
