Every other algorithm works just fine but the result hasn’t been ideal and I’ve had to manually adjust every single keyframe due to someone walking in front of the object (TV) I want tracked. I wanted to try Dasiam (and nano) because it seems more robust. I double checked that I followed the downloading and folder directions. Can someone help? Should the “opencvmodels” folder be within another folder, like “library”? That was the directions google gave, but I see no mention on the actual kdenlive manual. I’m on Windows 11.
Hi, and welcome to the forum and community.
Assuming you are on the latest version using the installer, I suggest you give the standalone version a try.
Thank you for the advice. Yes, latest version and used installer. I am completely new to this program. Is the stand alone more complicated to set up or require higher skill?
The standalone version is essentially a self-extracting ZIP file. You can specify the folder to extract it to, and after the extraction navigate to the /path/to/kdenlive/bin folder and run kdenlive.exe
(or create a shortcut on your Desktop and start it from there).
