Application Keyboard Shortcuts Not Fully Importing (Firefox, Alacritty, etc.)

I added and modified several existing keyboard shortcuts. After that, I exported all shortcuts (Applications, Commands, System Services, and Common Actions**)** together using the “Export Scheme” option.

When I tried importing the same file on another system, using Custom Scheme, many of the shortcuts did not get restored, especially the ones for specific applications (e.g., Firefox, Alacritty)
For example, these entries exist in the exported file:

[firefox.desktop][Global Shortcuts]
_launch=Meta+B

[Alacritty.desktop][Global Shortcuts]
_launch=Meta+T

However, after importing the scheme, these shortcuts simply don’t appear in System Settings ➝ Shortcuts ➝ Application Shortcuts.

I’d also like to note that the earlier exported shortcuts contained all entries correctly, so the export process appears to be working as intended. The issue seems to occur during the import step.
