Application Permissions in Plasma System Settings only show Legacy X11 App Support nothing else

With the update of Plasma to 6.5 was looking to test out the Application Permissions upgrade but when clicking on it really not much happens and only shows me Legacy X11 App Support permission but nothing for specific applications.

I downloaded Discover to see if I can launch from there and when I click on configure permissions for a flatpak package it only launches System Settings but nothing else shows up. I also installed packagekit-qt6 with Discover and was thinking of trying to launch permissions for arch repo packages but only states under permissions that each package has full access but no button to attempt and configure.

Thinking I might be missing some package that I already don’t have or need to adjust some .config but after searching around for a while haven’t found much info. Anyone had a similar issue and maybe can help or have any ideas?

I am using:

Operating System: CachyOS Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0
Qt Version: 6.10.0
Kernel Version: 6.17.7-3-cachyos (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland

After searching for a while found the solution in case this might be helpful to someone in the future. After downloading flatpak-kcm the Application Permissions showed up listing all the different flatpaks and packages.
