Applications restore on login don't work propertly after upgrading to Plasma 6.1

I use applications restore at login to quickly start working after shutdown.
But now (after updating to Plasma 6.1) the OS always restores the applications that the OS saved before updating to Plasma 6.1 (Discovery window and two Dolphin windows).
I tried disabling application restore in OS settings and enabling it again, but this does not solve the problem - only applications saved before are restored.

Who has the same problem? Or can give advice on how to fix it.

Operating System: Fedora Linux 40
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.1
Kernel Version: 6.9.5-200.fc40.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland

Same problem here.

I have plasma 6.1.1 with Wayland and after login nothing is restored.
Before logout I was open few windows/programs like Firefox, PhpStorm, Dolpfin etc…
In system options session restore is on.

I got the opposite problem: I selected “When session is manually saved” but never manually saved a session, nonetheless all windows get restored.

The issue is solved in Plasma 6.2.0.
