Arrows of the scroll bar of Chromium and Chromium-based browsers are missing if Noto fonts are installed

Hello

I use Plasma 6.5.4 on Arch Linux.

On my system. the scroll bar of both Chromium and Vivaldi browsers does not have the up/down arrows.

These arrows appear if I uninstall Noto fonts.

How can I reset font settings of Plasma completely to solve this bug?

Or… does anyone know another way to fix the arrows without resetting the font settings of Plasma?
