Being able to use Krunner to initiate a web search with the default browser

1

1- Log into user session.
2- Type something you want to search to trigger Krunner.
3- Offer an option to search that with your default browser, and if there’s no apps matching what you typed, make it so just pressing [Enter] will start the browser search.

It’s possible to go to Google like that, so maybe it’s possible to straight up search?

In case the browser can’t do anything with plain text being thrown at it, it’s easy to make the text into a link, then open the browser with the link instead.
