Black icons in file chooser in some apps

Taking an idea from this post:

Svg icons in launcher and taskbar disappear after updating kde5 to kde6, and I take them back

The taskbar looks like: [409983C1686E913DBED31CA5E6300524] I find that only svg icons disappear, meanwhile png icons is good. Switching theme make no difference. Does removing the icon cache, located at ~/.cache/icon-cache.kcache, help?
