Broadcast Plasma theme settings to GTK+ apps

On Arch Wayland, to force running GTK+ apps to change theme on the fly seems to need manually restarting “GNOME/GTK Settings Synchronization” service.

According to Arch, it seems installing gnome-settings-daemon, gsettings-desktop-schemas and gsettings-qt can help broadcasting Plasma theme settings to running GTK+ apps, but from what I read kde-gtk-config only uses something called GSettings and doesn’t need those packages. So is it safe/required to install them ?
