The blur effect was completely normal before the 6.5.1 update and even though I updated to 6.5.2 hoping them to fix this issue nothing happened 
. It is the same as it was in 6.5.1. The first ss is how it was earlier and second is about how it looks now after updating. Please help. Also donât recommend me âBetter Blurâ or something like that. I have tried them but they also have this same issue.

Those windows look like theyâre tiled and blurred.
There have been some bugs files about it:
Some folks had issues with the colour blending and stuffâŚ
But really, you should specify what you rproblem is rather than say âBroken Blurâ - because as far as I can see, the actual blur is really nice. I remember a setting for âimprove contrastâ which I canât find now, so I think that needs to be available to disable this.
Apparently, forceblur restores the fine-grained control, but after installing that I couldnât find any settingâŚ
As youâve already placed instructions to NOT recommend any âbetter blurâ solution then weâre basically lost.
Strangely, you state 'they have âthis same issueâ and have still not stated what your issue is - as the âblurâ is clearly present, and very blurred.

âBetter blur has same issueâ means it also does not help with regaining the blur effect which i got earlier [seen in first ss using plasma 6.4] yeah i was experimenting with krohnkite so thatâs why i only have one ss of it. Broken blur means it does not render blur the same way as it did for me earlier on 6.4 has some grayish bg
Plasma 6.5.2 restored the blur effect back to how it was before 6.5.0 for me (as far as I can remember).

aha, from my screenshot Iâm curious how it would be different with the 'blur effect @Historical-Storm got earlier⌠and I was using Plasma 6.4.
