Can the equivalent of Davinci Resolve 'depth map' be achieved using kdenlive?

Have been using kdenlive for my personal video editing work (amateur grade) for several years, but recently got exposed to Davinci Resolve when I was looking for some good video stabilization options. Then, I cam across the very interesting ‘depth map’ feature of Davinci Resolve that allows one to create workflow where blurring can be applied based on depth, achieving background blurring, in a pretty clean and neat fashion to typical wide-angle action-camera footage that doesn’t have any background blurring. Can something similar be achieved using kdenlive and it’s suite of filters ?

nope, shotting the video using a smartphone with bokeh filter is the only choice if you want to use opensource software.
