Yes they are extremely annoyingly loud. You not seem to have what I do in that location. Namely a Playback Streams → Notification Sounds volume control which I lowered substantially to have it just barely audible. Though now I notice you are in the Colours & Themes the setting I speak of is in the Sound module.
