I just installed the latest CachyOS ISO selecting Plasma, added my panels and when I go to drag apps to any of them I can only drag one to that panel then I have to logout and back in to drag another one. I have never seen this behavior before any thoughts on what might be causing the issue.
Figured out that I could take plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc from another distro and replace Cachy’s and just make a few minor changes and be all good.
I’m posting the files for the devs to have a look at if they wish to see what might have caused the issue. Providing both files will allow for a side-by-side comparison of how they were on my system. The one with 1 in it’s name is the one I replaced so the one that was the issue.
While copying the one from the other OS and replacing it in CachyOS worked to give what I normally put on my panels back the original issue persist of not being able to add more than one icon at a time without at least a logout. Here is the file I copied from the other OS as it is now for Cachy.

If there’s an issue that appears in CachyOS’ distribution of Plasma, but not in others, then that likely needs addressed by the CachyOS maintainers.
If there’s a series of steps in Plasma that reproducibly triggers a bug (and doesn’t appear to be triggered by a specific distribution’s customizations 
), then should be submitted to developers using the KDE Bugtracking System: Get Involved/Issue Reporting - KDE Community Wiki
You’re timing is PERFECT vause I just ran across this in BlueStar Linux as well and had to swap the files. While doing that gave all but a couple of the programs I drag and drop to the various docks to add others it’s still drag one logout or reboot then drag another. Later I’ll created the bug ticket cause I need to create one for Plasma 6.3.4 anyway cause something in the 6.3.4 update messed up Panel Colorizer.
The one member is right the amount of time to edit a post is WAY too short.
