I have installed the new Oxygen global theme, icon pack, etc but there are a few small tweaks I’d like to make. In the icons only task manager active windows are highlighted with a spotlight type effect from the top, and open but inactive windows have the same but appear dimmed. Can I brighten both effects somehow? I run things quite tiny on my monitor to get the most screen realestate but find this effect difficult to see.
In the following image Dolphin is active (1st icon), Konsole is open but inactive (2nd icon), Librewolf is open but inactive (3rd icon), Kate is open but inactive (4th icon), and System Settings is open but inactive (last icon). It is very difficult to see the inactive highlights above the icons in particular.

Additionally, is there more comprehensive documentation on the options within the Oxygen theme somewhere? I can’t find any.
