The idea is to create a plasma wallpaper plugin. The plugin will ask you to select an underlying video or image and a mask. The mask will use the system’s accent color for a green screen effect. Kdenlive already has this and calls it a Blue Screen (Color to Alpha) effect.
I can design the images so I am looking for someone to implement the code. Of course any image using fully or partially the accent color would work.
This project would be under the GPLv3.
