Configure the kde volume notifier (volume feedback) loudness by a offset

Hi, I like the KDE volume feedback and prefer to keep it on, however when I turn it up and im listening to a piece of media, they do not match in loudness for obvious reasons, usually some offset is applied to whatever your listening too and the range is altered, I assume the volume feedback gives you either the accurate or a high value proportional to what your volume is, I would like to be able to set a offset to the loudness, some people have sensitive hearing and volume feedback might be useful to them so this is also useful for accessibility, and also, its just a thing that I want and other people may want, as people can judge the sound still accurately based on the relative loudness of the notification, while being more pleasant to some peoples ears. I don’t think there is anything that substitutes either than completely changing the sound effect, which I think is a bit much for a offset.
