Creating a Mask with Glaxnimate

I’m trying to create a mask in Kdenlive with Glaxnimate. I outlined the path and imported animation back to my timeline. The issues is that the selection needs to be inverted and I can’t figure out how to do that easily in Glaxnimate or Kdenlive. I used Shotcut to do this previously and you just need to click a button (https://youtu.be/p72VQ7kNDeg?si=E2Oq0SpOCup_p76s&t=539). I’m trying to get this waterfall to fade out so the footage behind it will take it’s place but the opposite is happening.

Is there an easy way to invert the selection in Glaxnimate? Thanks!

Resolved! You need to add a Matte composition track to show the video track beneath the Glaxnimate track. There’s a video on youtube on using the track Matte effect that helped me figure it out.
