Yeah, you get what you pay for. 
I just don’t do a lot of editing, so these are way beyond my budget, I’m just looking for something cheap that can help a little bit.
$65 for one that works vs $52 for one that doesn’t
i would take that in a heartbeat if i had more than occasional need for kdenlive’s tool set.
i would probably even go for the pro at $110
