Desktop error/bug

Hi, i have error when im wrote this command in konsole
sudo apt install build-essential libvulkan-dev plasma-workspace-dev gstreamer1.0-libav
liblz4-dev libmpv-dev python3-websockets qtbase5-private-dev
libqt5x11extras5-dev
qml-module-qtwebchannel qml-module-qtwebsockets cmake
And remove it i have desktop/taskbar errors

Now its stressful for me, im installed KDE plasma full, but its cant help

Did you reboot afterwards?

yes, im restarting my KDE, and im deleted KDE from scratch, and reinstalled it. But i have that same problem with icons and anything else
