Different theme for root windows

Hi again.

I like to mark root windows or Firefox priv windows with different theme (color on window border->top). Something happend in “Windows rules” and I can’t. There if the window text or class fit to rules the window change it’s position, size, disappered from Taskbar etc. (those work) but not change to “diff. theme”. In old KDE was not a problem with this part of the system. What do you know about that guys?

Hey people! Nobody can check in his system if the problem is mine or KDE/kwin? To much to work? Nobody can help and find solution?
