Today I’ve noticed that when sharing my screen with discord, the screenshare is mirrored and upside down.

Ok so it’s a discord specific issue. It doesn’t happen with other apps.
You can try an alternate client like Vesktop or something… That tends to work far better than the official client.
I’ve updated KDE Linux and for some reason it fixed itself.
I’m pretty sure this was a brief known issue in KWin that got fixed.
Hmm it did appear again in 2026/04/29
