[Discover] Wants inexisting file '%25F'

This dialog keeps irritating me:

asdf

What is that file, and how can I get rid of the complaining dialog?

It happens with Discover 5.27.4, KDE FW 5.105.0, xcb windowing, Qt 5.15.9, on Manjaro.
