Display fractional refresh rates are not listed.

Hi,
This has been bugging me for a long time, so I have to ask—why don’t the display settings show fractional refresh rates like GNOME or Windows do, as shown in the attached screenshots? They’re really useful when trying to match the display’s refresh rate to video content. I know there are workarounds, but I still think ALL available refresh rates should be listed like the gnome and windows examples bellow.

I’m no expert on displays, but for what it’s worth - from looking at your example, I’m guessing that your situation shares an underlying cause with this issue in the KDE Bugtracking System: 431057 – Refresh rate values in Display Configuration menu are always incorrect due to floating-point precision issues

Yeah, it starts similar but with freesync at the mix it side tracked a bit and went forgotten. Kde display settings imo should report the fractional refresh rates like gnome or Windows does.
