Dolphin 24 hours timestamps

Is there any way to set the time in dolphin to 24 hours to go with the rest of the system. I’ve given it quite the look but most results come from 2015 an older. So no luck using them in 2024.

So it’s setting this to C an rebooting?

I feel this could use a bit of a rename cause “C” doesn’t really make any sense. An if your dyslexic reading the fine print is a bit difficult.
