I’d like to resize the panel. In the screenshot, it’s 42 pixels. I’d like to reduce it.
Please advise which file to fix this in?
I don’t know, this is the theme which is coded - take a look at Kvantum.
I don’t think there are any super-compact variations on Plasma themes.
Klassy exposes quite a few new settings - this isn’t one of them.

I found a solution, maybe it will help someone.
Kvantum theme file .config/Kvantum/themeName /fileName.kvconfig
You need to find the line [PanelButtonCommand]
