Guessing this happened after the recent update.
This isn’t dolphin menu, this is part of the decoration. Any application would display the same behavior.
That’s some you will have to deal with if you use bright applications theme with dark decorations.
No, only Dolphin is showing this dark menu now.
I’m not a fan and have never used Dark themes. This is something new and has never been there before.
Other apps don’t show the Dark theme. see screenshots from other apps.
