I definitely have ‘Show on startup’ set to ‘Folders, tabs and window state from last time’, but for some reason every time I open Dolphin I just get the home dir instead of what I had last time.

I have pushed Dolphin and its dependencies up to 25.04, and that didn’t fix it. No idea what else to try.

Hi - this thread has the context for that issue:

> [@Dolphin directories are not remembered from previous run (split mode](https://discuss.kde.org/t/dolphin-directories-are-not-remembered-from-previous-run-split-mode/32939):
>
> In split mode views are not remembered from previous run ans reset both every time to the home directory. Option “At startup : folders, tabs and windowstatus from last time” is enabled Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks! That fixed it.

Sorry for making another thread about it, I didn’t find that one in search.
