Dolphin is always opened in a new (duplicate) instance instead of reusing current one

Debian 12 + KDE + Dolphin (Version 22.12.3 - latest Debian 12)

For example in a default GUI terminal app - Konsole i right click and select to “Open file manager”, i already have Dolphin open, but new session of a Dolphin is opened.

Other apps also opens a new session.

I have not found option which would prevent opening multiple sessions in Dolphin > Settings > Configure Dolphin

Before upgrading from Debian 11 to current 12 this issue not happened.
