The Plasma version is what matters here, I could learn openSUSE leap 15.5 uses Plasma 5.27.

This has been fixed in KDE Frameworks 6 part of [Simplify the file conflict / overwrite dialog (redesign)](https://discuss.kde.org/t/simplify-the-file-conflict-overwrite-dialog-redesign/5938)

KDE Frameworks 5.x will only receive security fixes at this point.
