For a while now DrKonqi has a special developer notification system when used in combination with coredumpd. I just realized I never told anyone about it 😅 though.

Interestingly, I see this on openSUSE Tumbleweed with Plasma Mobile installed without ever needing to enable it. Is it enabled by default for DE editions in preview state?
