Dropdown menus in window/app rules not showing text

I came across this but with app rules no matter the colors picked it shows no text.

I am more wondering if someone has made a bug report I looked but i could have been looking for the wrong thing. If not I can make one.

Hi - it looks like you’re experiencing the following issue reported in the KDE Bugtracking System: 501357 – Options from dropdowns in “Configure special app/window settings…” window are not readable

The notes there indicate that this bug has a resolution planned for release with KDE Plasma version 6.3.4, currently planned for release on April 1st.
