Login goes straight to what systems deems default. Enter p.w. without clicking on the “box” (as expected) and it goes nowhere. Must enter it manually by clicking over to the other monitor.
Moving the left monitor over to the right side of the other one and making it default, does not make the panel accompany it. Must make the one now to the left as default.
Had same issues with 6.2 Was hoping 6.3 would resolve this.

Looks like no one else has dual monitor issues with KDE Plasma 6.3 (now tested).
Connected on a DELL desktop.
Haven’t tested Kubuntu’s latest, but recent tests on MX Linux and Spiral Linux behave as expected. No need to choose which monitor to log into (just as it was with previous KDE Neon 6.1)
Simple click on password and automatically log in.
Has to have been some change on the KDE Neon side.
