Easy way to limit CPU usage on apps

The old system monitor could do this. Can’t recall why it isn’t in the new one.

Bring ksysguard back as neither plasma-systemmonitor / ksystemstats are any good

Is there some third party system monitor that’s on par with KSysGuard or maybe someone made a fork of it? The AUR package @JoeCool mentioned is certainly helpful to Arch users, but, other than the fact that most other distros probably don’t have such an option, I predict that it won’t last that long with future updates to dependencies and Plasma.
