For me using a non-English i18n setting for Plasma, it is very, very inconvenient to find the name of the correct component for filing a bug or feature request.
Have you considered something, where your component list can be switched to another language based on i18n data?
Just to give you an example: I wanted to file a feature request for the Task Manager for grouped windows. As it is called “Fensterleiste nur mit Symbolen” in German, it took me a good 15 minutes just to figure out what component I am dealing with. Being able to search for that string directly in bugs.kde.org would probably improve feedback by non-technical users.
