Error Creating Object Mask

I am trying to create an object mask but get the message to configure the sam2 plugin. When I click that and try to have it install the dependencies, I get the message in the image.

I have installed torch but still get the issue. Would anybody know why this is happening? I am on Mac OS Tahoe 26.2 and using Kdenlive version 25.12.1.

I think I had the same issue, and reinstalling the Object Detection plugin in the settings fixed it for me.
