False capture of an icon on the Task Panel

Hi - I’d guess you’re running into the following issue documented in the KDE Bugtracking System, which is an upstream Qt bug slated to be fixed in Qt version 6.8.3: 491100 – Reordering the icon in the Task Manager makes first click on other icons unresponsive
