[Feature] Add option to disable USB device from waking up from suspend

Hi, recently I had problem with my keyboard that it had been waking up my computer constantly. Current way to prevent that, is this solution: https://askubuntu.com/a/1385877 and https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Udev#Waking_from_suspend_with_USB_device

Sorry if I’m in wrong place. I don’t know whether this problem can be solved by the DE or should I ask distro, but my ideas for features that could prevent this are following:

  1. When there is case where computer wakes up just after suspension for example 2 times in row user could get pop up telling them they can disable this device from going to sleep (or at least some info about what device or process which prevents suspend)
  2. Add option to disable devices in Advanced Power Settings in System Settings
  3. Make something similar to windows device manager where you can enable or disable devices https://www.howtogeek.com/manage-device-wake-permissions-on-your-windows-11/
