Ok, so the OFFICIAL method is to use Arrow keys.
However I found it’s actually possible to use Shift and Tab keys to go up and down the list of results in krunner…
So let’s try, open krunner and clear, then hit ‘k’ to get a nasty long list… the ‘challenge’ here is to get the focus off the other elements and into the list…
I say it’s a challenge now, because when challenged I’m actually more likely to clear and type more accurately to get the result.
This is a bit janky, just hitting Tab doesn’t work, but if you mess around with Shift and tap Tab you can get it to select and go down the list.
