Firefox downloads get stuck

I’ve been having an issue lately with the latest KDE Neon version having Firefox getting stuck on downloads:

It sits like this for over a minute, sometimes finishes eventually, sometimes ends up failing.

It happens on a fresh install as well, so I do not think it’s a DNS issue. Not sure if anybody was else having this issue?

KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.0
Kernel Version: 6.5.0-41-generic (64-bit)

The steps to replicate your issue would be nice.
Are you on WiFi or LAN?
Could it be network connection issue?
Have you tried a different version of Firefox?
You should install Wine and run GRCs Domain Name Speed Benchmark
to verify your DNS.

Just for S&Gs I downloaded an ISO with no issues. see screenshot
