Gcompris 4.2 has trouble to hear background music

I use GCOMPRIS 4.2 with QT 5.12.12 OPENSSL 1.1.1g 21 April 2020 at Windows 7 Profesionall.
I already had manually download background music , contents, words and localize file. I put at C:\Users\Administratorxx\AppData\Local\KDE\GCompris\cache\data3
with 3 folders

  1. BackgroundMusic\ contains 2 files
    contents
    backgroundMusic-mp3-2024-03-19-11-10-30.RCC
    2.voices-mp3 contains 2 files
    contents
    voices-id-2017-10-03-21-21-05.rcc
    3.words contains 2 files
    contents
    words-webp-2022-04-10-21-14-15.rcc

but i still cannot hear all the music. even in the setting, the download is not working well because it say “ssl handshake failed”. On the setting menu, the music is not detected. How could I fix it?
