And I love your mindset to stick with the rule even though there is no punishment if you break it. I will try to keep to stick with it.

No, you really will not. There is no “fair use” provision in patent law. Commercial use alone inherently puts you on the Probably Not side of the fair use spectrum in copyright law, and not all jurisdictions recognise fair use in copyright law anyway.

And having had this discussion in public, and making claims like that which have no basis in law, you’ve now probably even exposed yourself to claims of willful infringement, which in some jurisdictions can significantly multiply any damages and penalties awarded against you.

Nothing good can possibly come out of trying to find loopholes in commercial law in a public forum.
