GPU load up to 60%

The System Monitor program shows me a load on the graphics GPU of up to 60 %. This load is generated by the background processes, i.e. the plasma system. This leads to a noticeably higher power consumption of 7 to 8 watts on my computer, measured with powertop.
Under KDE-Neon, the GPU load is only 2% to 6%, and the power consumption is only 4-6 watts.

My computer has an Intel UHD Graphics 620. Is this a bug in KDELinux or in the Arch system?

This is not a KDELinux problem. The high load on the GPU of 60% is generated by the Plasma Weather Report utility when it is opened as a widget on the desktop.
I will post the error in the bug report.
