I remember that before, the Plasma settings had a grid view like the old macOS settings did. Has this option been completely removed in the new KDE Plasma versions, or is it still available? And if it is available, where can I turn it on?

I haven’t seen a screen like that for nearly 10 years. Are you sure this isn’t a Linux Mint install?

System Settings had that available as an optional but off-by-default thing until it was removed in Plasma 6.0 IIRC. OpenSUSE distros typically turned it on by default.

Yes, I’m sure I saw something like that in Plasma on Fedora (But there probably was older Plasma version) and other distros with KDE Plasma (like OpenSUSE).
Yes. I always used SuSE and openSUSE (before Leap and now TW) and I had before, the system settings as @OracleS0lar1s said.
